Breaking News: First G/L Platinum Client Live!

On Thursday, January 25^th, one of our clients fully converted to G/L Platinum, becoming GOLDPoint Systems’ first client to go live! The conversion and data validation went smoothly. And, after a few hiccups during the first afterhours (which are bound to happen), they were off to the races.

G/L Platinum has been a major project at GOLDPoint Systems over the past few years and we are so excited to see it finally come to fruition.

Preview—Cool Key Features

I don’t know about you, but sometimes I just need to see something to get a feel for it. So, I decided to give you a quick preview of some of the key features included in G/L Platinum.

Auto-Complete Feature:

This feature is great because it saves you a lot of typing. For example, typing a "1" in the Account Number field automatically brings up a drop-down field with every account number that starts with a 1. All you have to do is select the right one. Super easy!

Filters:

G/L Platinum offers a wide array of filters to help you get only the information that you need. And with how much information you are typically dealing with, this can be a game changer.

Sorts:

The many ways to sort in G/L Platinum help you organize all the information you have left after filtering out what you don’t need. I don’t know about you, but I love sorting features (I actually do. I’m kind of a geek that way).
