How the Consumer Loan Application Works
A customer visits your marketing website and clicks on a link to apply for a loan, which opens the consumer application portal.
The customer provides some personal information, selects the type of loan and specifies their borrowing amount/term after reviewing the necessary disclosures.
After providing additional information through the portal, the customer submits the application for approval.
The automated credit decisioning tool reviews the customer's information to determine their approval status. The status, along with the approved amount (if approved), is presented to the borrower for acceptance.
The application flows directly into our loan origination software, GOLDTrak® Online (GTO), for further processing.
