Our online document upload portal, Info Capture, facilitates this process by allowing customers and employees to effortlessly attach images and electronic documents directly to a loan application using digital devices such as tablets or smartphones. Security risk is minimized as documents are uploaded directly into a secure repository.

How Does the Loan Document Upload Portal Work?
Customers will receive an electronic link detailing the specific documentation required for their loan application. Our online document portal will guide them through the process of gathering and attaching the necessary images and documents. Once the images are captured or the documents are attached, they can simply press the submittal button to send the information to their application. If connectivity is temporarily lost while using the application, no problem! You can continue capturing images and once connectivity is reestablished, InfoCapture will automatically upload the files.
