2023 By the Numbers

Once again, it’s been a stellar year here at GOLDPoint Systems. That’s because you, our clients, are doing great business. Let’s look at the numbers, shall we?

Number of applications processed

Dollar-value of new loans opened

Even though the number of applications dropped this year, new loans opened (and the dollar amount of those loans) increased. We opened over 2.2 million new loans to make this one happen.

$1.5+ billion

Dollar-value of new deposit accounts opened, in 10,516 accounts

Yep, that’s billion with a “B”! That’s nearly twice the amount of deposit funds as we handled last year. Looks like you, our clients, are getting the word out about deposit loans. Total payments processed, totaling over $10.5 billion

That’s all payments of any type: ACH, cash, credit/debit card, journal, and lock box. If you’re interested, here’s the breakdown:

We currently have just one client using our new pay-by-text feature, but it has gone pretty well for them. They adopted pay-by-text in 2023, and by the end of the year they’d had well over 10,000 successful payments using this method, worth nearly $2 million. Not too shabby! (If you’re interested in using pay-by-text at your institution, have a chat with your GPS account manager—they can tell you more and make sure you’re ready to use it.)

Dollars disbursed by debit card, in 306,614 disbursements

While the number of debit card disbursements is up this year, the dollar amount of those disbursements fell quite a way. Debit card disbursements have a lot of advantages for both you and your borrowers. If you’d like to learn more about them, speak to your GPS account manager. Conclusion
