Provo, Utah, August 7, 2026 — GOLDPoint Systems (GPS), a division of DHI Computing Service, Inc. (DHI), announced the appointment of Todd Frischknecht as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. With more than 23 years of leadership experience at DHI, Frischknecht will lead GPS as the company continues to grow and innovate in the consumer lending industry.

"The board is pleased to appoint Todd as president and CEO of GPS," said B. Lynn Crandall, Chairman of the Board of DHI. "His leadership experience, industry knowledge and commitment to our customers make him the right person to guide GPS into its next phase of growth."

Since joining DHI, Todd has served in a variety of leadership roles, beginning in sales before advancing into executive management. His broad experience across the organization provides a strong foundation as he focuses on strengthening customer relationships, driving innovation and supporting the continued success of GPS.

He will work closely with the company's senior leadership team—Rick Alvernaz, Shelcy Barrett, Robert Stephens, Glen Twede, and Stephen Vrska—to build on GPS's strong foundation and deliver lasting value to customers.
