The Lending Engine is our collection of web-based applications and APIs that power our clients’ businesses. Put together, the Lending Engine is an all-inclusive lending solution that combines loan origination, loan servicing, and custom fintech products to drive a powerful and incredibly profitable lending experience for your customers.
As the Lending Engine has slowly been rolled out, it has been known by a few names. We’ve referred to part of it as the App Portal and the API Library. It has also gone by the nickname of Galaxy. These names were simply placeholders as we searched for the right term to truly explain what our impressive suite of tools should be called. And that is when we finally found: The Lending Engine.
Why did we select this particular name? It’s because our system is like the engine of a Formula One racing car. It works tirelessly behind the scenes to power your lending business. It’s composed of several different and distinct parts that work seamlessly together to give your customers the best ride possible. You may never see the engine, but the car doesn’t go anywhere if that engine isn’t humming. And we’re proud to say that our Lending Engine is one of the best in the business.
The Lending Engine App Portal is where all our easy-to-use, web-based applications call home. These applications allow your institution to conduct business entirely through the web while relying on our powerful Core Services. The other side of our Lending Engine is our API Library, the first JSON API library of its kind in the lending industry. APIs, also known as Application Programming Interfaces, allow you to create a customized borrowing experience and connect that to GOLDPoint Systems’ powerful Core Services.
You can design and build your own loan applications, mobile apps, landing pages, messenger bots, etc., to your exact specifications and needs and then connect them, behind the scenes, with our servers and data storage systems. This enables you to present a customized face to your customers while relying on our robust and PCI-compliant system.
