Introducing Customer Activity and Customer Credential!

That’s right, it’s twins!

GOLDPoint Systems recently welcomed a couple of new additions to our growing family. Please allow me to introduce Customer Activity and Customer Credential, two new apps in the GOLDPoint Systems Application Portal (aka Galaxy App Portal).

Customer Activity

The Customer Activity app allows you to view information about the activities carried out by your customers. Search for the customer you want, and you will be able to see their login name, the type of activity they completed, as well as the date and time it was carried out.

You can even find details of the activity that was carried out: the customer's browser, operating system, IP address and whether it was on a mobile device or not.

Customer Credential

With Customer Credential, you can manage a customer’s login credentials. This is especially handy when you need to restrict or unlock users, reset a password and create or delete users in your system. You can look up customers in various ways: by username (logon), last 4 digits of their Social Security Number or Customer Number. If a user’s account has been restricted, the app will let you see whether the restriction was automatic (because of too many failed login attempts) or manual.
