Provo, Utah – DHI Computing Service, Inc. (DHI) is pleased to announce the promotion of Garret MacArthur to Senior Vice President, Corporate Contracts & Legal Affairs, effective immediately.
MacArthur brings more than 18 years of experience with DHI and a deep understanding of the company's operations, strategic objectives, client relationships, and business partnerships. In his new role, he will provide leadership and oversight for corporate contracts, legal coordination, risk management, intellectual property matters, and other strategic corporate initiatives across all four DHI divisions.
As Senior Vice President, Corporate Contracts & Legal Affairs, MacArthur will serve as the primary liaison between DHI and its outside legal counsel, ensuring alignment between the company's business objectives, contractual obligations, and legal strategies. He will also oversee enterprise-wide contract management, third-party relationships, revenue-sharing agreements, and corporate governance initiatives designed to support DHI's continued growth and operational excellence.
Most recently, MacArthur served as Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of Gold Point Systems, a DHI company. Throughout his tenure, he played a key leadership role in billing operations, management of third-party revenue-sharing programs, complex contract negotiations, contract and pricing audits, and strategic initiatives that strengthened the company's financial performance and enhanced customer and partner relationships.
