This report, prepared by Ernst & Young, provides information on specified controls of GOLDPoint Systems, which may be relevant in assessing the internal controls of Customer Institutions as they relate to an audit of financial statements. The scope of the report includes the Deposit, Lending, and General Ledger applications of GOLDPoint Systems.

Disaster Recovery

This plan contains the policy, plans, and functions implemented at GOLDPoint Systems as a contingency against events that would adversely affect GOLDPoint Systems, its employees, or its clients. Your institution will have an opportunity to participate in the annual test of the system to assure your readiness. GOLDPoint Systems can also review your business continuity plans and test connectivity throughout the year.
