Network and Technical Support
The Network Control Center (NCC) is engineered to provide our clients with superior technical support. NCC is staffed with highly skilled professionals, trained specifically in the implementation of GOLDPoint Systems products.
Since our network was designed and built solely by NCC staff, our engineers are uniquely qualified to support your systems.
As a GOLDPoint Systems client, you'll initially be assigned an NCC professional and support staff to design a system tailored to your institution, configured to minimize costs without compromising performance. Subsequently, the same support staff that builds and designs your institution's network will also monitor and maintain it for you. You'll get the service you need, anytime, with just a single phone call.
Our specially trained staff-which we believe to be our most valuable resource, is always able and willing to answer your questions. The Network Control Center is staffed Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (MT) and is on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Disaster Recovery
The primary objective of the Disaster Recovery solution from GOLDPoint Systems is to ensure the continued operation of your business in the event of a disaster.
Our annually updated Contingency Plan is one of the most advanced and reliable in the nation, implementing unparalleled strategies to help you continue business as usual in the event of an emergency.
Each year, GOLDPoint Systems conducts a disaster recovery test, proceeding as if our Provo facility were inoperable. As one of our clients, you'll be given the opportunity to test and be sure you're familiar with the Contingency Plan. Though you may never face the reality of a disaster, our Disaster Recovery System ensures your peace of mind.

Conversions
Our training services begin immediately after your contract with GOLDPoint Systems.
The transfer to our system is organized and effective with our professionally trained Conversion Teams. This group of highly skilled individuals makes the conversion process from start to finish as smooth as possible for our clients. Their hands-on and constant support before, during, and after the conversions process, will ensure your institution's conversion is a success.
