From the first time I meet Glen, until Ken and his team left and we were up and running on GOLDPoint; this conversion has been an experience I know I will never forget. As you know about two years ago, before I was President of ALC, our regulators requested we change/upgrade our operating platform. We looked at GOLDPoint, but decided to stay with our current software provider. Then last summer I met Glen at the Mississippi Consumer Finance Conference and a couple of months later you and Glen showed up in Jackson AL. I told my staff I was surprised, but impressed to see both of you since you knew we had committed to our current provider and were awaiting the deployment of its new operating system. While receiving the bitter news that we had waited for one year, and the new platform was not ready. In addition, it would be one more year; I pulled out Glen's card and shot him a quick email. In an attempt to try to keep our business, the other President told me, "It would take GOLDPoint one year to convert us, so we might as well stick with them".

Within just a couple of weeks, we had an onsite demo in Provo, signed an agreement, and you had a conversion team on site in Jackson. While on site, your team told me they thought mid September would be the earliest they could get us converted. After explaining the need to have it before our next visit by regulators, your team met and came back with a conversion date in August. Based on my previous experience, I expected a call any day saying we are not going to make the conversion date. That day never came; in fact, you committed more time and effort to make it happen, and I felt like that date was just as important to your team as it was me.

Robert, Janice, David and Corey are great and are a tremendous asset to your company. We are very grateful for the work, and sacrifice they and their teams made to make this effort work. They spent many, many hours with us. I cannot say enough about them, but want to point out a few things. In the last few weeks, we started getting nervous, then David Long volunteered to spend an extra week on site with us. He represented your company like no employee I have ever had work for me. He worked 15 to 18 hour days, only stopping a couple times when I made him join me for lunch. And then, he was watching his watch telling me he needed to get back to work. One of my employees asked me if he ever stopped. We feel like we could not make it though a day without the insight and problem solving skills that Janice and David provide. They are truly incredible and a pleasure to deal with.
